How long is the delivery time?

Normally it is 4-7 days, but because we have such high demand now, it is between 9-15 working days. We are doing our best to get things back to normal, so thank you in advance for your patience!

How to apply the nails?

Preparation
Lift the nail tray from the box, take out all the tools and place them in front of you. Wash and dry hands thoroughly. Make sure your natural nails are completely free of nail products.
Prepare the nails
Use the orange stick to gently push back the cuticles. Use the file to rough up the surface of your natural nails. This helps improve adhesion. Remove any dust and natural oils with the alcohol wipe. If you want, you can also shorten your natural nails in this step. After the nails have been cleaned, avoid touching them to keep them sterile.
Select nails and Gluetabs
Choose the press-on nails that best fit your natural nails and place them in front of you. Remember that the number on the underside of the press-on nail should be at the tip of the nail, not at the cuticle. Choose a Gluetab that covers as much of your natural nail as possible without touching the skin. Test the fit by placing the adhesive patch on the nail without removing the protective film. Usually you need to choose a larger sticker than you think.
Apply Gluetabs
Remove the plastic film on one side of the Glue tab and attach it to your nail. Rub it firmly with your finger or the orange stick to ensure it sticks. Then peel off the covering film. Use tweezers to handle the Gluetab more easily. You can also use the orange stick to gently lift the protective film from the Glue tab once it is on the nail.
Apply press-on nails
Begin by applying the nails to your dominant hand. Place the press-on nail at the base of your natural nail, gently push it under the cuticle, then fold it down over the nail. Hold and press for about 10-20 seconds to ensure proper fit. Cross your fingers last. It shouldn't hurt to apply the nails - if it does, try a larger size or a different shape.

Use the file to file away any unevenness at the ends of the nail tips.

It is absolutely fine to return a product. Keep in mind that the products must be unused, that they must be in exactly the same condition as you received them, and that you are responsible for shipping and the cost of shipping. NOTE: it is a 14-day open purchase!
